OUR MISSION

To effectively implement and enforce the Sindh Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2018 by safeguarding the rights of PWDs, enhancing service delivery, promoting accessibility, and strengthening coordination among government departments, NGOs, and development partners.

OUR VISION

To build an inclusive, barrier-free, and rights-based society where persons with disabilities enjoy dignity, equality, protection, and full participation in social, economic, and civic life.

OUR OBJECTIVES

- Protection and enforcement of legal rights of persons with disabilities.
- Promotion of inclusion, accessibility, and non-discrimination.
- Regulation and registration of NGOs working for PWDs in Sindh.
- Facilitation of disability assessment and certification.
- Support for rehabilitation, education, health, and employment of PWDs.
- Strengthening coordination among public and private stakeholders.
- Awareness raising on disability rights and inclusive practices.
- Support for job placement initiatives & job fairs for 5% Job Quota in public & private sector.
- Provide assistive devices and rehabilitation
