The Sindh Persons with Disabilities Protection Authority (SPDPA) is a statutory body established under the Sindh Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2018. SPDPA operates under the administrative control of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD), Government of Sindh. The Authority is mandated to protect, promote, and enforce the rights of persons with disabilities (PWDs) across Sindh, ensuring inclusion, accessibility, and equal opportunities in all spheres of life.
